AATBC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AATBC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,098 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AATBC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LYAR_S260, PKP1, and HID1. Each is linked with AATBC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AATBC-to-partner and partner-to-AATBC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AATBC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AATBC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
