Across TCGA patient cohorts, AARSD1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,360 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AARSD1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN8, GNPNAT1, and RPL6. Each is linked with AARSD1P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AARSD1P1-to-partner and partner-to-AARSD1P1 results are reported.
