AARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-79P, TLE6, and ACBD5. Each is linked with AARS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AARS2-to-partner and partner-to-AARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-79P grouped by AARS2-low versus AARS2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
