AARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,470 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AARS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSME3IP1, AP1G1, and CFDP1. Each is linked with AARS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AARS1-to-partner and partner-to-AARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AARS1 versus PSME3IP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
