AARS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AARS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,356 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPT2, PSAT1, and TRIB3. Each is linked with AARS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AARS1-to-partner and partner-to-AARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AARS1 versus GPT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
