AARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, SNRNP48, and SLC7A4. Each is linked with AARS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AARS1-to-partner and partner-to-AARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by AARS1-low versus AARS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
