Across TCGA patient cohorts, AARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with AARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AARS1-to-partner and partner-to-AARS1 results are reported.
