AARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52L3, RNASE8, and MYL10. Each is linked with AARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AARS1-to-partner and partner-to-AARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPD52L3 grouped by AARS1-low versus AARS1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
