AAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,385 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5583-1, F2, and RNU6-291P. Each is linked with AAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAR2-to-partner and partner-to-AAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5583-1 grouped by AAR2-low versus AAR2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
