AANAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AANAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,172 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AANAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALOX5, PREX1, and MNDA. Each is linked with AANAT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AANAT-to-partner and partner-to-AANAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AANAT versus ALOX5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AANAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AANAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
