Across TCGA cell cohorts, AANAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,320 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AANAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Positive regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with AANAT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AANAT-to-partner and partner-to-AANAT results are reported.
