Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AAMP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AAMP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher AAMP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AAMP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and SKCM are the cancer types where AAMP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
