AAMP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAMP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIB, PRDX4, and RRBP1. Each is linked with AAMP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMP-to-partner and partner-to-AAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAMP versus PPIB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
