Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAMP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECM2, FARSB, and ATIC. Each is linked with AAMP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMP-to-partner and partner-to-AAMP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAMP versus ECM2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
