AAMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM74A6, RN7SL62P, and RN7SL415P. Each is linked with AAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMP-to-partner and partner-to-AAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM74A6 grouped by AAMP-low versus AAMP-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
