Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAMP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with AAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMP-to-partner and partner-to-AAMP results are reported.
