Across TCGA cell cohorts, AAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, LGI1, and MMP27. Each is linked with AAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMP-to-partner and partner-to-AAMP results are reported.
