AAK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,351 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS16, DOCK11, and AP2A1. Each is linked with AAK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAK1-to-partner and partner-to-AAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAK1 versus MRPS16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
