Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,827 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO5A, JCAD, and ZEB2. Each is linked with AAK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAK1-to-partner and partner-to-AAK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAK1 versus MYO5A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
