AAK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with AAK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAK1-to-partner and partner-to-AAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by AAK1-low versus AAK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
