Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAGAB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAGAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-448P, MIR3617, and MIR8070. Each is linked with AAGAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAGAB-to-partner and partner-to-AAGAB results are reported.
