Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADACP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,485 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AADACP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASSF2_S145, CEP68, and KRT23. Each is linked with AADACP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADACP1-to-partner and partner-to-AADACP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AADACP1 versus RASSF2_S145 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADACP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADACP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
