Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AADACL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AADACL3 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher AADACL3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AADACL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PAAD, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where AADACL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
