Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AADACL2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AADACL2-AS1 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher AADACL2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AADACL2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LIHC show a favorable association.
COAD, THYM, and BRCA are the cancer types where AADACL2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
