Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AADAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADD3, RN7SL8P, and GPHA2. Each is linked with AADAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAC-to-partner and partner-to-AADAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AADAC versus ADD3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
