AADAC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AADAC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX37, BRPF1, and TATDN2. Each is linked with AADAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAC-to-partner and partner-to-AADAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHX37 grouped by AADAC-low versus AADAC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
