Across TCGA cell cohorts, AADAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,507 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transmission of nerve impulse, Positive regulation of iron ion transport, and Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with AADAC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAC-to-partner and partner-to-AADAC results are reported.
