AADAC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AADAC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AADAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEND2, KRTAP10-1, and OR5V1. Each is linked with AADAC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AADAC-to-partner and partner-to-AADAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BEND2 grouped by AADAC-low versus AADAC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AADAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AADAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
