AAAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7P1, ABHD3, and PITX2. Each is linked with AAAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAAS-to-partner and partner-to-AAAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7P1 grouped by AAAS-low versus AAAS-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
