Across TCGA cell cohorts, AAAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,071 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAAS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Telomere maintenance, and Meiotic chromosome separation. Each is linked with AAAS in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAAS-to-partner and partner-to-AAAS results are reported.
