Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AAAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AAAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, MYL10, and GALR3. Each is linked with AAAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAAS-to-partner and partner-to-AAAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP5 grouped by AAAS-low versus AAAS-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
