A4GNT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A4GNT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,428 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A4GNT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD109, SULF1, and TLN1. Each is linked with A4GNT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GNT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A4GNT versus CD109 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A4GNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→A4GNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
