A4GNT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A4GNT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A4GNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC1, ORMDL2, and AJUBA. Each is linked with A4GNT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GNT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A4GNT versus ERCC1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A4GNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→A4GNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
