A4GNT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A4GNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A4GNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-764P, SUMO2P7, and NFYAP1. Each is linked with A4GNT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GNT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-764P grouped by A4GNT-low versus A4GNT-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A4GNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→A4GNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
