Across TCGA cell cohorts, A4GNT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,689 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A4GNT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Golgi vesicle transport, and Actin polymerization-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with A4GNT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GNT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GNT results are reported.
