A2ML1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A2ML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,788 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A2ML1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT16_S448, KRT16_S449, and KRT5. Each is linked with A2ML1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A2ML1-to-partner and partner-to-A2ML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A2ML1 versus KRT16_S448 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A2ML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→A2ML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
