A2ML1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A2ML1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,309 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A2ML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHCG, IVL, and MICALL1. Each is linked with A2ML1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A2ML1-to-partner and partner-to-A2ML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A2ML1 versus RHCG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A2ML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→A2ML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
