A2ML1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A2ML1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A2ML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, FoxM1, and PKC-a. Each is linked with A2ML1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A2ML1-to-partner and partner-to-A2ML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by A2ML1-low versus A2ML1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A2ML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→A2ML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
