A2ML1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, A2ML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 457 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A2ML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTCRA, GRIFIN, and FGF23. Each is linked with A2ML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A2ML1-to-partner and partner-to-A2ML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTCRA grouped by A2ML1-low versus A2ML1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A2ML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→A2ML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
