A1CF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A1CF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,841 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1CF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC39A5, LEAP2, and ANKS4B. Each is linked with A1CF in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1CF-to-partner and partner-to-A1CF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A1CF versus SLC39A5 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1CF→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1CF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
