A1CF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A1CF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1CF-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, C-Raf, and 53BP1. Each is linked with A1CF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1CF-to-partner and partner-to-A1CF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by A1CF-low versus A1CF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1CF→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1CF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
