A1CF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, A1CF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,966 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1CF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal D-glucose absorption, Fatty acid beta-oxidation, and Equilibrioception. Each is linked with A1CF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1CF-to-partner and partner-to-A1CF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Renal D-glucose absorption grouped by A1CF-low versus A1CF-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1CF→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1CF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
