A1CF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, A1CF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1CF-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTSF1L, OR5A2, and ZNF716. Each is linked with A1CF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1CF-to-partner and partner-to-A1CF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTSF1L grouped by A1CF-low versus A1CF-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1CF→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1CF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
