Q-omics License Policy and Refund Guidelines

1. License and Refund Policy

  • License Validity & Transfer
    • The license key is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
    • Transferring the license from an existing PC to a new one is available on the Login page.
    • Upon transfer, the license on the previous PC is automatically invalidated.
  • Cancellation & Refund Conditions
    • If the license key email is not received within 3 days of purchase, the payment can be canceled.
    • Due to the nature of digital content, cancellation or refunds are not possible once the license key has been sent, except in special circumstances.
    • If cancellation or a refund is required due to special circumstances such as payment errors or system failures, please contact qomics@cbis.co.kr.
      • Q-omics provides a free trial of Premium Features.

2. Bank Transfer Payment Guide

  • Bank Transfer Information
    • If you have trouble with credit card payment, you can complete your order via bank transfer.
  • Transfer Procedure
    • To request a bank transfer, please send the following information to qomics@cbis.co.kr:
      • Purchaser Name
      • Quantity
      • Email Address (for license receipt)
      • Organization
      • Purchase Type (New / Renewal)
    • After verifying the information, we will send you the bank account details.
    • Order processing begins after the transfer is completed. Typically, orders are finalized within 1~2 business days of confirmation, and the license key is sent via email.
  • Additional Notes
    • Confirming bank transfers may take some time. If you need expedited processing, please contact us via email.
    • Incorrect information may result in order delays.
