Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNA activity of the Mononuclear cell migration pathway is significantly associated with the protein abundance of multiple proteins, with the URINARY_TRACT cohort showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible pathway-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1C, ANXA1, and CAPNS1, each associated with the pathway in up to 12 cancer types.
