ZZZ3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZZZ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,354 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZZZ3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YEATS2, SEC24A, and GTF2B. Each is linked with ZZZ3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZZZ3-to-partner and partner-to-ZZZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZZZ3 versus YEATS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZZZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZZZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
