Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZZZ3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZZZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ZZZ3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZZZ3-to-partner and partner-to-ZZZ3 results are reported.
