Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZZZ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,819 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZZZ3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with ZZZ3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZZZ3-to-partner and partner-to-ZZZ3 results are reported.
