ZZEF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZZEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,831 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZZEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, FCRL3, and NCF1B. Each is linked with ZZEF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZZEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZZEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZZEF1 versus CSF3R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZZEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZZEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
