Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZZEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,029 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZZEF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Cytosolic transport, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with ZZEF1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZZEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZZEF1 results are reported.
